Documents
To hire and drive a vehicle you must provide an original, valid driving licence and passport.
Age
All drivers must be over the age of 25 and held their licence for a minimum of 2 years at the date of hire.
Payment
Payment can be made in full by either credit / debit card, or cash on collection of your vehicle.
The deposit for the vehicle is €300.00, to be paid at the time of booking as a reservation fee.
Traffic Violations
All traffic violations, parking fines, breaches of the law (criminal offense), breaking of rules or local regulations that incur a fine will be paid in full by the hirer plus a €25.00 administration fee.
Damage Excess
Any new damage caused during the rental period by the customer will be repaired in an authorised workshop. The cost of the repair will be deducted from the security deposit or invoiced to the customer if the damage appears to have been covered up by the customer.

Drugs and Alcohol
The hirer is fully responsible for the total value of the vehicle. Should any costs be incurred due to any accident or incident, owing to the fact the hirer is above the legal limits of the law for either drugs or alcohol, the hirer will pay for any damage or costs incurred. Smoking is strictly forbidden this applies to both driver and passengers.
Driving Restrictions
Your hire car may not be driven out of mainland Spain.
Return in a clean and tidy condition, as it was collected.
Loss of keys will be charged at €300.00. This is not covered by the deposit.
Fuel
Receive your car full of fuel, and it must be returned full. If the tank is not returned full, each litre of fuel will be charged at €2 plus VAT plus an administration fee of €25.00. The car must be refuelled within 5km of your drop off point. Should you fill your hirer car with the wrong fuel you will be charged €375.00 plus the cost of refuelling.
Theft
Theft of the radio equipment will incur a fine of €150.00, any other items stolen will also be charged accordingly.
